The carpet was wet, the shower smelled like mildew, and we had to supply bedding because that provided was disgusting.

breakfast was very poor and sparse with a small window to eat, limited parking

If you want a motel close to the boardwalk, 5 blocks, this is a fine place. The room was cleanand the shower had been updated. The pool was very nice with a fountain to help drowned out traffic noise. The pool was clean and nice. The employees were great.

Overall it was a nice place. Inexpensive. A little bit of a walk to get to the Beach/Boardwalk, but not too bad.

The location to the Boardwalk and beach was good.

The room was dirty, smelled and the sink was clogged.

This hotel was unfortunately a big bust. The room was dirty (floor covered in sand, sheets stained and the sink in the bathroom was clogged). The pool was dirty and had an oil shimmer / residue on the surface that just killed the experience of the seaside freshwater pool. The staff refused to address the cleanliness of the room and the older receptionist / clerk at check in was very rude.
